Bought the step through Falcon and have not been disappointed in my decision. Great bike, powerful motors, and a smooth ride. I use it for hunting all sorts of terrain- it gets me places silently I would otherwise only be able to walk. Look no further!
I bought a Falcon Step-thru and am so happy with it. I had a Bee cool Adventure for 4 years and was happy with it until I got the Falcon and rode it. Every aspect of the Falcon was better. What can you say for the performance? Faster acceleration and carries my fat butt (265lb) 42MPH. Suspension is awesome!
Man, this bike is a beast. I've had four Ebikes before this one, and the Philodo Falcon blows 'em all out of the water. The hydraulic brakes? You grab a handful and it STOPS. No kidding. I ride mostly on paved back roads, and it just eats up hills like they're nothing. Just $1,599 you can't beat it. Plus, their support team walked me through the install step-by-step — saved me a huge headache. If you're looking for a bike that'll last, just buy this one and be done with it

I love my step thro! This things a freaking beast! I put some bmx handlebars on it. It looks tough and comfortable now. Ive had it a week. Ive put almost a hundred miles on it. Top speed is 38. Fast enough on a bicycle. Drives though pretty much anything! It like the range rover of ebikes!
The build quality exceeded my expectations. Everything feels solid, well-made, and durable. I was also surprised by how easy it was to assemble. The instructions were straightforward, and I had it ready to ride without any major issues.

Received my ordered bike, Falcon 60v dual motor, step thru in camo and in 5 business days as advertised. That was only thing that was average, the bike is AWESOME!! The packaging was made for shipping and not ending up getting beat up through travel. The bike assembly was less than 30 minutes with an easy breezy qr code scan that leads to step by step video, equally as long as unboxing as it was quality packaged and padded. Comes almost fully charged, BONUS as i was like a kid at christmas after seeing this beast and it did not let down!! 15 miles first day out of box and still had over half a charge on a not fully charged battery. i am 200lbs and it reached 35mph before i let off to get more familiar as i felt i was really moving! needless to say, i really like it! up the hills near my house with ease, i have yet to find an issue after 14 miles today. This is an absolute deal for the price, i literally fly by my kids, wife all with similar bikes of two different brands by jasion and what i thought was the king(bul)l brand, until the Falcon arrived! don’t take my word for it, get it before everyone else realizes this is a steal of a deal! 10 of 10 and 5 stars all the way!!
I have two of the H8 bikes. I live up in the mountains in Washington state but I also take them to the beach and everything in between. Whether on the trails or the sand they always get me home. I love to ride them and recommend you get one if you have the means.
I recently got the orange falcon, fed ex delivered the package and it looked like it went through a rough time but luckily the bike was not damaged.
After putting it together I have to say that I'm happy with this bicycle, I'm 5 6 and I decided to go with the bigger one which is a bit high but not to the point where it's hard to get on or stand but I have to keep the seat all the way down.
The speed is good, I can hit 43 mph using my phone gps I weight 185lbs , the range is good too I managed to hit 45 miles just cruising around town mostly on pedal assist 1 and 2 sometimes on 5 when I had no choice but to get on the Street to keep up with traffic
I was amazed at how easily a single motor can climb a steep hill but with two is just a breeze, just make sure to not stop half way or you could have a bit of trouble moving up since it doesn't have a strong start when fully stopped but once it starts moving it's fine.
The suspension is good too with just some tweaking you could make it feel smoother all you have to do is to loosen up the bolts so it's not too stiff and the air shock can actually do its thing.
Yes I think this e bike is worth the price and if they come up with a better bike i will definitely be getting it.
First of all let me start by clarifying which bike I have. I am the proud owner of the original H8 dual motor AWD 48volt, not the upgraded version. And it is 18 months old.
About 5 months ago we had a storm come through my area without warning. A torrential downpour of rain and wind that flooded half the city. I was caught in it and the water rose to almost 4 ft. deep. It quickly and completely submerged my bike as I was riding it. I had no choice but to proceed because my dogs were alone and in jeopardy of being drowned if I didn't get to them. I continued to press the bike for all it was worth knowing in the back of my mind that everything was about to short out. So with water above the headlight and seat and tail light I pushed it anyway because my dogs were more important. For 30 minutes I kept the throttle wide open and the bike kept going never once did it faulter. I made it home safely and immediately removed the battery and put the bike as far up out of the water as I could (both motors were still underwater) the next morning after drying out the battery and charging it I put the battery on wheels and motors still submerged and I couldn't believe it it fired right up and I rode it to higher ground.. The only damage it sustained was the tail light filled up with water and quit working. . Other than that the bike still performs exactly as it did when I first put it together and to this day it has never failed to get me where I'm going and in style. THIS IS THE BEST EBIKE ON THE PLANET HANDS DOWN AND I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING! If you are on the fence about whether to purchase a bike from Philodo... Don't be, you won't be disappointed in the bike or in the outstanding customer service. Thank you for taking the time to read my long winded praise for the company and their product

Awesome bike a lot of power better than competitors
I have owned my bike for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. I get comments and compliments all the time. I've put about 1000 miles on it so far, I live in a very small town so every trip I take is only about a mile. I've modified mine a bit as you can tell from the pics but Its an excellent bike, great company, and Customer service is helpful and actually cares about the customer. Will definitely buy another one in the future!!! Thank you philodo team!
I bought this bike for hunting and scouting game. I have put about 70 miles on it so far and it's a beast. The dual motors are very necessary in the rolling hills and swamps of Mississippi. I have made some additions to it for what I need and for the price I'm extremely happy. There are several FB groups that I'm on where there are lots of people who help each other ideas and issues. I have put it through hell every time I take it out and it's tough as nails.
Front motor no work, new controller provided, long wait for shipping, long search for shop that will work on it, $95 installation fee. The overall Falcon opinion: Display screen useless on sunny days. Love the pretty colors on display screen compared to simple monochrome until I realized the monochrome is viewable in bright sunlight. After controller issues were resolved the bike works as advertised.
I purchased the Falcon after comparing it to many alternatives. The bike seems to be a very well made, powerful bike. I was hoping to ride the bike like I rode bikes in my younger days only with the electric assist. Unfortunately my body isn't cooperating with desire to ride again. Evidently too many surgeries and joint replacements. I purchased the bike during their Memorial Day sale and it did have a 30-day free return policy so I am working with the company to return it . Sure wish I could have been able to use it as desired.
Loving my Falcon so far. I commute 30 mi each way to work on a mixture of rail trail and two-lane highway. This bike conquers hills like they're not even there.
There is not a bike at this price point that even comes close to offering the performance of the Falcon. In fact, it outperforms most other bikes regardless of price.
When I did have a small issue with the bike, their customer service was on top of it. They responded to me within 12 hours and new parts we're delivered to my home within a week.
I cannot recommend Philodo enough!

The customer support has been nothing short of amazing! Every email I've sent concerning my bike was answered according to a timely manner. I chose the Philodo Falcon because I plan on doing some camping and fishing. I needed a bike I could hop on and ride to the fishing spot. It had to go off road and climb hills without a lot of my physical pedaling. I viewed hundreds of YouTube videos from multiple brands. When I checked out the Philodo Falcon, it was the sweet spot. Like they saw me coming. It was a no brainer. I ordered it in camo and arrived in about a week.
When I had the bike assembled, started out on level 0 to see how it felt to pedal, and it took a little effort. Level 1 was a surprise to feel the power grab and go. Went up and down the street at various levels. I could not be more impressed, and pleased with this bike. I looked at many e-bikes for the ability to go uphill and this was it. I am very happy with this e-bike, pleased as can be.
My bike is amazing. Philodo really did a thing with this one not only is the bike fast, but it is very secure for the big tires that it has and the screen the display screen gives you all the detail you need about the bike.
Ive had acouple minor issues that cs has taken care of in a speedy manner.couldnt be any happier with my fakcon and philado

I've been enjoying my h7 for 2 & a half years now, and have absolutely zero complaints. This beast/beauty of a bike has been everything i needed in an ebike. From a 13 mile, round trip work commute five days a week, for almost two years, to just loving weekend rides around the city (Atlanta). Besides the inevitable flat tires, this bike has been 100% dependable as I've ridden in multiple weather conditions without fail. It will be hard to separate from such a fantastic bike, but i will be upgrading to the H8 very soon, continuing what i know will an even greater experience. Lastly, be sure to check out Papa Blueshirt on youtube, as this man is literally a living testament to the endurance and longevity of the Philodo name.
