Not worth the Money

Had two issues with the shipping damage and notified Philodo of the issues. Now all of a sudden they aren't answering my emails and I have not been able to call them. It's getting old. Minor issues, easy fixes but they are being difficult. I sent photos too. Again, not worth it when all of a sudden there are communication issues!

No parts in USA

Works good….took forever to get here

LOVE THEM!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Falcon and my husband loves his bike as well. Fantastic birthday gift!

Great bike. I’ve bought 4 now. Looking to buy a camo one next.

This is an amazing bike !!!

This is an amazing bike !!! Has all the features I was looking for. I'm 6'2" 215 lbs., I pull a trailer with my 2 dogs, 90 lbs. Plenty of power !! Great customer service !!!
Don't hesitate , BUY THIS BIKE !!!

What a beast of a bike! I live in West Virginia

What a beast of a bike! I live in West Virginia and needed something that would climb. This bike has that covered and more. Everything you could want. Fast, powerful, comfortable dual suspension, looks very sharp in the sun, loaded with extras at a great price. You can’t find a dual motor bike anywhere near this nice for less than $2000. Great customer service on any issues. The time delay is the worst part but I always get a return email asap. I researched a lot before I bought this bike and I’m still loving the decision. Be careful in dual motor, this beast will jump out from under you but man is it nice to have that extra power!

PHILODO FALCON 60V Dual Motor Electric Bike Full Suspension

Fantastic Falcon

I am amazed with all the cpliments I have had with my new ebike.people wanting to know where I got it. And compliment the orange color.I have told all philodo.com
And check out all the bikes. I mentioned customer service is A1 talking with cola via email who removed any issues and questions.
As far as myself, I couldn't be happier. Bike runs and rides A+ only thing I had to change stem to raise handlebars but, that was for my comfort
Bottom line, I am very happy I picked the Philodo brand out or the 3 brands I was checking out

This is an awesome bike

This is an awesome bike.. Seems very well built. Shipping was quick,
Cola in customer service was very prompt answering my questions !!
Definitely buy this bike !!!

Nice bike

Had some shipping damage and parts took a month to get here but after that the bike has been a blast. Would love to have some enduro or more street friendly tire options plus some suspension upgrade options too but overall its a great bike.

great bike ....dumbest people EVER!!!!!

Still waiting for missing parts. takes a lunar cycle to get a response to ANY question. These are incredibly STUPID people. Still don't have a missing seat post adjuster...finally had to make my own spacer on my lathe to correct the steering stem play. They person (moron) kept sending me a video of how to Torque down the top bolt until you break it off and then of course it would have been my fault. I found out after days of searching on the internet that the "bowl set" was missing a spacer that wouldn't allow any amount of torque to correct the problem. when I told them something had to be missing they just kept sending the same video of how to break off the bolt.
It's really HARD to believe that anyone this stupid could build such a nice bike
.
YOU SHOULD PROBABLY RUN THE OTHER WAY UNLESS YOU ARE A MACHINIST LIKE ME as you will get NO HELP from these incredibly stupid people

Love the breaks, great performance but seat needs

Love the breaks, great performance but seat needs to be upgraded ( my preference)! Great battery with PAS S3, but 4 and 5 , be cautious!
This experience comes after 3 months riding with this bike.

I bought a Rad Rover but had to sell it with only

I bought a Rad Rover but had to sell it with only 6 miles on it. It cost to much to ship it to my new location. I wanted another bike to replace it. I looked at a lot of options for the money and reviews Philodo came out on top there was a sell so I bought the Forester it came pretty fast and in good shape. Assembly was ear, except for the very small wires you have to plug into each other they bent easily.. there should be a better way to connect his wires. Bank would not share gears until a person on your webpage. Told me that the bank guard may be bent. That was the problem. I don’t like the cruise control cause that can be a dangerous problem. So far, I recommend this bike because of the availability and the price range.

PHILODO FALCON 60V Dual Motor Electric Bike Full Suspension

Definitely at contender.

WOW! What a bike. Surpassed my expectations for sure. Purchased a Wired brand bike for my wife so I wanted something a little more affordable for myself. I was not expecting this bike to be on the same level as hers. The Philodo Falcon is amazing. Great quality build. I have put over 150 miles on it without an issue. They have not all been easy miles either. Some really challenging off road stuff. This has to be THE BEST bang for your dollar EBIKE on the market today. Thank you Philodo!!

First kickstand died, the new is better hope it lasts

NICE RIDE!

This is my fourth e bike upgrade. Most of my riding is in sand and woods. I'm hard on my bikes so take that into consideration. As soon as I got my Falcon I got a flat tire, broke both pedals and striped the threads that hold the kick stand on in less than a week. I put tire liners in, put nuts on the ends of the kickstand bolts, changed the freewheel and put a thumb throttle extension on to give me more control. The bike has plenty of push and pull when in 2 wheel drive. I've gotten use to being a little lower on the 24" wheels (step thru). So far it's a fantastic ride and would recommend it to experienced riders.

PHILODO Falcon

PHILODO Falcon is the bomb. This bike has some serious power. If you want power and speed this is the bike for you. Once you put it in dual drive hang on your in for a treat. If you want a casual ride you just dial it down. I love the fact that when I have the need for speed it’s there and when I want just a chill ride I got that too.

Sent me the wrong fork

Sent me the wrong fork. I ordered the H7pro but got the one for the H8 :/

PHILODO FALCON 60V Dual Motor Electric Bike Full Suspension

Great bike with a lot of potential but...

The Philodo Falcon is an e-bike that manages to blend power, style, and fun into one package. After putting some good miles on it, I can confidently say this bike has a lot going for it — even if there are a few things that could use improvement.

Pros

60v of Power – The Falcon has plenty of low-end torque, and the dual-motor setup makes climbing hills or taking off on rough terrain a breeze. You really feel that extra punch compared to other bikes in its class.

Head-Turner – Simply put, this bike looks fantastic. Everywhere I ride it, people stop to ask questions or give compliments. It’s sleek, aggressive, and has a real presence on the road.

Respectable Range – I’ve consistently seen about 50 miles when cruising at around 18mph, which is more than enough for most rides.

Added Security – The fact that it comes with a key is a nice touch. It gives you a little extra peace of mind when leaving it parked.

Pure Fun Factor – Above all, the Falcon is just a joy to ride. It puts a smile on my face every time I take it out.

Cons

Slow Start – This is hands down my biggest gripe. The takeoff feels sluggish compared to the power it has on tap. I really wish this was tuned differently.

Comfort Issues – The stock seat isn’t very comfortable for longer rides. Swapping it out is probably a must for most riders.

Low Handlebars – Out of the box, the handlebars sit too low for my liking. I had to add an extension and BMX bars to get it to where it felt right.

Lower Top Speed Than Advertised – While the Falcon feels strong on the low end, the top speed falls short of what’s marketed. It’s not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.

Missing Features – No turn signals, which would’ve been a welcome addition.

Weak Brakes – The hydraulic brakes are serviceable, but definitely not the strongest I’ve seen in this price range. An upgrade here would go a long way.

Final Thoughts

Despite its shortcomings, I really enjoy the Philodo Falcon. The dual motors and 60v setup give it a unique edge, and once I made a few adjustments, it’s been a solid and fun bike to ride. I do wish Philodo offered a dual-battery option for extended range, and that they’d address the slow start issue in future versions.

That said, the Falcon has proven itself to be a stylish, powerful, and exciting e-bike that continues to turn heads every time I take it out. For riders looking for a bold and fun electric bike, this one definitely delivers.
