Ive just have to put this out to everyone that has a bike made by Philodo. My 14 yo son sold his 65rm 2-stroke and decided on a second hand Wakewheel Scout from their website. It had a little over 900 miles on it and after about 2 months and 400ish miles, started having a rear motor/clutch issue. After a email to them [one year warranty] they were quick to respond but also to troubleshoot the issue. They made a decision after several videos being sent to them that the clutch was at fault and sent one to us a new one. Issue still persisted. After another video, their tech team figured the motor was going bad and sent a rear motor to him. It fixed it. My boy was back on the road. Here about 2 weeks ago and about 600 miles later, his controller would not power on. I contacted Cola and within 12hrs was sending videos and their tech team was troubleshooting,. We went back and forth, troubleshooting to narrow down the issue and they expedited a monitor to him. They said "lets try this and if it doesnt fix the issue, well proceed further" well the new monitor worked and hes back on the road again. He loves his Wakewheel but I cannot say enough good things about Cola and the Philoda team. I personally dont remember such great customer service but also the timely responses. When it my turn to purchase an ebike, its definitely going to be a Philodo.

I have owned Falcon bike for just under two months and love it. Goes where I want, well built and Philodo has had outstanding Customer service.
Got this bike second hand (I would review it in the second hand page, but I think it makes more sense for visibility reviewing on main page) and it was not perfect, to say at least. I had issues with the controller in my first ride, with a burning smell and everything, most of the hardware came with at least something off (like scratches or being bent), my front brake died on second ride... all of these would be a nightmare if it wasn't for the good customer support! They assisted me on everything I need and they were willing to send replaceable parts of everything that was having any issues, minor or not. Heck, they even offered to ship me match paint for the scratches! After 2 rough weeks, I can easily say this bike is now ready for everything. Added a second battery, switched to HEB allscapes tires and added a fan to the controller housing, now I'm ready to roll!
I spent a few weeks researching ebikes for hunting. Philodo keep coming to the top of my list. The deciding factor was people giving the customer service high marks. After pulling the trigger on the Falcon step over it arrived in just a few days. After assembly I realized it was too big. I contacted customer service about an exchange for the step through ebike. No problem they sent me a return box. I boxed it up and they sent me the step through. I could not be more impressed with this company. The bike operation is phenomenal. I could be more pleased.
Purchased for my son’s birthday. It was easy to put together and is really sturdy. My son says it goes around 44 mph (he’s about160/really tall). Once you adjust the suspension, it’s really smooth. If you think it’s going to be big, it is probably bigger. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
I searched for months looking for the perfect e bike that scratched all the boxes for comfort, range, power and reliability. The Philodo falcon delivers all of those in the perfect bike. From sunset rides with my son, to 20 mile hunting trips and hauling out elk, deer and bears. The Philodo falcon is truly a game changer
Was in the first group to receive my falcon in 2025 and have loved it ever since. I have the step thru and have added a windscreen and basket. I5s perfect for my needs.

Originally had got the bike and the rear shock was damaged, customer service was very responsive and got me hooked up with another one right away. They gave me a riser for the troubles! Ive put 1000 miles on it over the last few months, perfect for the city can go over the speed limit and cost me about 10 cents to charge. Realistic range is 30-50miles it will do 35mph with one motor on and 45 with both on no pedaling all throttle im in a hilly area and im 200lbs I would pic this over any vehicle. Amazing product and support

Was gifted a used Forester (about 3 years old) with a heat-damaged battery. Got a new battery from Philodo, and the whole setup works perfectly.
We live in a very hilly area, and it just powers up them no problem. Haven’t had a chance to do a full range test, but went 7.5mi using level 3 fairly constantly, and lost one bar of battery. The pedal assist is a little more aggressive than the one other brand I’ve tried, but it took me about 30 seconds to figure out how to meter it with the throttle and now actually prefer it.
Separate from the products themselves, the team noticed that I ordered the wrong type of battery charger and switched it for me. Really great customer service.
I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of the bike. The long lasting battery power and stability exceeded my expectations. I recommend using this bike in the woods, specifically for hunting as that’s what intend on using for.
Original battery was defective. Philodo customer service is excellent! Sent me a replacement battery in days. Very happy.
Holds a surprisingly large amount of cargo. I would recommend replacing the plastic buckles with inexpensive metal key rings. One of the buckles broke while I was out on the trail.
Bike is very solid
Bought the step through Falcon and have not been disappointed in my decision. Great bike, powerful motors, and a smooth ride. I use it for hunting all sorts of terrain- it gets me places silently I would otherwise only be able to walk. Look no further!
I bought a Falcon Step-thru and am so happy with it. I had a Bee cool Adventure for 4 years and was happy with it until I got the Falcon and rode it. Every aspect of the Falcon was better. What can you say for the performance? Faster acceleration and carries my fat butt (265lb) 42MPH. Suspension is awesome!
Man, this bike is a beast. I've had four Ebikes before this one, and the Philodo Falcon blows 'em all out of the water. The hydraulic brakes? You grab a handful and it STOPS. No kidding. I ride mostly on paved back roads, and it just eats up hills like they're nothing. Just $1,599 you can't beat it. Plus, their support team walked me through the install step-by-step — saved me a huge headache. If you're looking for a bike that'll last, just buy this one and be done with it

I love my step thro! This things a freaking beast! I put some bmx handlebars on it. It looks tough and comfortable now. Ive had it a week. Ive put almost a hundred miles on it. Top speed is 38. Fast enough on a bicycle. Drives though pretty much anything! It like the range rover of ebikes!
The build quality exceeded my expectations. Everything feels solid, well-made, and durable. I was also surprised by how easy it was to assemble. The instructions were straightforward, and I had it ready to ride without any major issues.
I’ve owned my bike for about a year now. It’s a very fun bike. Fast and powerful. I’ve had a few issues like a motor go out but customer service has helped me in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this bike
Received my ordered bike, Falcon 60v dual motor, step thru in camo and in 5 business days as advertised. That was only thing that was average, the bike is AWESOME!! The packaging was made for shipping and not ending up getting beat up through travel. The bike assembly was less than 30 minutes with an easy breezy qr code scan that leads to step by step video, equally as long as unboxing as it was quality packaged and padded. Comes almost fully charged, BONUS as i was like a kid at christmas after seeing this beast and it did not let down!! 15 miles first day out of box and still had over half a charge on a not fully charged battery. i am 200lbs and it reached 35mph before i let off to get more familiar as i felt i was really moving! needless to say, i really like it! up the hills near my house with ease, i have yet to find an issue after 14 miles today. This is an absolute deal for the price, i literally fly by my kids, wife all with similar bikes of two different brands by jasion and what i thought was the king(bul)l brand, until the Falcon arrived! don’t take my word for it, get it before everyone else realizes this is a steal of a deal! 10 of 10 and 5 stars all the way!!
